Allan Rice

In the early morning hours of August 19, 2017, the life of Allen Rice, a 22-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. He was discovered at approximately 9:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of The Alameda, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
