Death by Force

On August 19, 2017, Allan Rice, a 22-year-old resident of Baltimore, was fatally shot in what would become one of the many homicides in Baltimore that year. The incident occurred in an area that had seen high levels of violence, and Rice was pronounced dead at the scene.
