Ismael Moreno Jr., aged 31, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2014, in a shooting incident in the Egger Highlands neighborhood near Imperial Beach, California. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on Cathy Street, close to the intersection with Thermal Avenue. Moreno was pronounced dead at the scene, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
