Ricardo Snaps Sales, a 30-year-old resident of Imperial Beach, California, tragically lost his life on November 14, 2017. The incident occurred near the intersection of Donax Avenue and Florence Street, where Sales was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate efforts of firefighters and deputies to save his life, Sales succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
