Narcisa Adela Ramirez, a 41-year-old resident of Panorama City, Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2014. The incident occurred in the 8700 block of Tobias Avenue, where Ramirez lived with her family. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the fatal event unfolded shortly before 10 p.m. when Ramirez got into an argument with her common-law husband, Faustino Cipres. Cipres, who had consumed several beers, escalated the altercation to a deadly level.
