Raul Sanchez Jr., a 21-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 6, 2014, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the 5300 block of Valley Boulevard in the El Sereno neighborhood. According to reports, Sanchez and a woman were standing in front of a building around 12:20 a.m. when a light-colored midsize sedan approached them.
