Arturo Hinojosa Jr., a 49-year-old resident of Petaluma, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 10, 2014. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. at his home on Suncrest Hill Drive. Responding officers found Hinojosa dead from at least one gunshot wound. The investigation quickly led to the arrest of Mikol Wayne Stewart, a 37-year-old man from Santa Rosa, who was identified as the primary suspect.
