On September 28, 2019, 19-year-old Ezequiel Garcia Aguirre was tragically shot and killed at the Petaluma Factory Outlets in Petaluma, California. The incident occurred when Garcia met with David Kyle Lubkin, a 30-year-old man from Concord, under the pretense of selling a necklace through Craigslist.
