Hector Ulises Robles, a 43-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 14, 2014, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 500 block of South Bernal Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Robles was approached by an unknown individual who pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots at him. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported that officers in the vicinity heard the gunshots and quickly arrived at the scene.
