Donald Lee Heard Jr., a 54-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 17, 2014. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 5 a.m., while Heard and another man were taking a walk in the 2600 block of Edgehill Drive in the Jefferson Park neighborhood.
