Eduardo Tienda, a 25-year-old resident of Parlier, California, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2014, during a violent incident at a marijuana grow operation in the Cutler-Orosi area. The Tulare County Sheriff's Department received a call about shots fired at a property located on Avenue 400.
