Jose Figueroa, a 19-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2014, in Paramount, California. The incident occurred in the 8500 block of Flower Street, where deputies found Figueroa wounded between two parked cars shortly after 10:30 p.m. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead at 10:55 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing two male Latinos, aged between 18 and 28, approaching Figueroa shortly before the shooting.
