Nestor Cruz-Ciriaco, a 27-year-old resident of Seaside, California, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2014, following an officer-involved shooting. The incident occurred when Seaside Police responded to a domestic disturbance call at Cruz-Ciriaco's residence on the 1600 block of Laguna Street. According to reports, Cruz-Ciriaco was allegedly wielding a weapon and holding a child when the officers arrived.
