Marguerite A. Laskovich, an 80-year-old Caucasian woman, passed away on January 21, 2023, at Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Butler Township, Pennsylvania. Her death was initially attributed to dementia, but further investigation revealed that she had been administered a lethal dose of insulin. Authorities later determined that her death was part of a larger pattern of suspicious fatalities linked to a nurse employed at the facility.
