Kinshasa Togon Jackson, a 39-year-old man, was found fatally wounded on February 13, 2015, in the 1200 block of East 106th Street in Watts, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Jackson was discovered in the front yard of a home around 3:40 a.m. Paramedics pronounced him dead at 3:57 a.m. The home where Jackson was found was not his own, but he had family in the area.
