Tramel Laqune Kerl, a 39-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on February 21, 2015, in Westmont, California. The incident occurred around 1:43 a.m. in the 9900 block of South Budlong Avenue. According to reports, Kerl was sitting in the driver's seat of a parked sedan when two men approached the vehicle and opened fire.
