Olga Mary Dinelli, an 84-year-old resident of Penngrove, California, was found dead in her home on February 26, 2015. Following the arrests, Silva and Martinez faced multiple charges, including murder, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of an assault weapon, and receiving stolen property.
