Rene Sailing, a 30-year-old resident of Santa Cruz, California, tragically lost her life on December 6, 1980. Her death was a result of a brutal murder that shocked the local community. Rene was last seen alive leaving a bar in Watsonville, California, with Billy Mansfield Jr., a Florida resident who was living in Santa Cruz County at the time.
