Jonathan Aragon, a 29-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 8, 2015, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. near the intersection of East 4th Street and Soto Street. Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) patrol officers, who were in the vicinity, heard gunshots and quickly responded to the scene.
