Johnny Sandoval, a 27-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 18, 2017, in the Adams-Normandie neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Sandoval was walking south in an alley with two other individuals around 7:15 p.m. when the incident occurred.
