Jequan Jashean George Foley, a 26-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically killed on April 9, 2015. According to reports, Foley was driving a silver sedan west on West 77th Street near South Flower Street around 4 a.m. when a dark-colored sedan pulled up alongside his vehicle and opened fire.
