Jacob Neftali Sosa, a 37-year-old resident of Baldwin Park, California, was tragically shot and killed on April 20, 2015. The incident occurred around 8:19 p.m. in the 3800 block of Cosbey Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Sosa was found wounded on the front lawn of a two-story home.
