Miguel Lizarraga, a 27-year-old resident of Baldwin Park, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 6, 2017. The incident occurred around 9:46 p.m. in the 12900 block of Athol Street, close to his home. Lizarraga was walking with two acquaintances when a dark sedan approached them.
