Alec Ouzounian, a 40-year-old resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, California, tragically died on May 12, 2015, following a deputy-involved shooting. The incident began when deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Department responded to a call about an attempted suicide at Ouzounian's home. Upon arrival, deputies found Ouzounian suffering from multiple self-inflicted stab wounds.
