Kejon Wayne Atkins, a 22-year-old man from Compton, California, tragically lost his life after being shot on July 23, 2015. On that fateful morning, Atkins was standing on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of East 126th Street in Willowbrook when a gold-colored sedan approached. Without warning, someone inside the vehicle fired multiple shots, striking Atkins in the head.
