Travis Carter, aged 30, was fatally shot on December 7, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The shooting took place in the 5600 block of The Alameda in Northeast Baltimore. Carter was found with critical gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to an area hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
