Lamar Thomas, a 39-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2015, after being shot during a violent altercation. The incident occurred on September 2, 2015, around 12:30 p.m., while Thomas was attending a funeral in the South Park neighborhood. According to reports, members of a rival gang approached Thomas's group, leading to an exchange of gunfire.
