Rashard La Rome Randle, a 26-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2015, after being shot on September 10, 2015. According to reports, Randle was standing in his front yard in the 700 block of East 47th Street in the South Park neighborhood when a dark-colored van approached.
