Kevin Hall, a 46-year-old resident of Rancho Cucamonga, California, tragically lost his life on the night of September 29, 2015. Hall was attending a memorial service for a fellow motorcycle club member at a local club situated in an industrial complex on Sixth Street. The gathering, meant to honor a deceased member, turned fatal when Hall was shot outside the club.
