Elliot Michael Walin, a 31-year-old resident of Fortuna, California, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2015, in Eureka, California. Walin was found lying in the roadway near the intersection of Watson and F Streets with a single gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at St. Joseph Hospital. The incident occurred around 9:55 PM, following reports of multiple gunshots heard in the vicinity.
