Eric Hector Sarabia, a 36-year-old Latino, was found dead from gunshot wounds on November 24, 2015, in Norwalk, California. His body was discovered inside a white van parked in the 13900 block of Flatbush Avenue. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to a call from a passerby who noticed a man slumped inside the vehicle.
