Martel Vicente, a 24-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2019, in Norwalk, California. Vicente was fatally shot in a residential neighborhood on Claretta Avenue just before midnight. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records confirmed that Vicente died from gunshot wounds to the head. Alongside Vicente, another 24-year-old male, Gabriel Andrew Chavez, was also killed in the same incident. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
