Matthew Caquelin, a 26-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, was found dead on November 25, 2015. His body was discovered by a fiber-optics work crew in a field near West Elverta Road, between Interstate 5 and Highway 99. The crew called 911 at approximately 7:15 a.m. to report the body.
