Nekolas Evans, a 40-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2015. On that fateful Sunday afternoon, police responded to reports of gunfire near South 26th Street and Cutting Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered Evans suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt arrival of medical personnel, Evans was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident marked the 20th homicide in Richmond for the year 2015.
