Reginal Dewayne Burt, a 27-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2016. Burt was found lying in the roadway near the 1400 block of Townview Drive in east Santa Rosa after police received reports of gunfire around 7:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Burt with at least one gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
