Louis "Andy" Andrew Arias, a 21-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on March 5, 2016. Born on August 24, 1994, in Salinas, Andy was known for his vibrant personality and was cherished by his family and friends. On the night of his death, around 9:38 p.m., the Monterey County Sheriff's Office received reports of gunshots on Higuera Lane.
