Giovanni Vargas, a 24-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2016. The incident occurred at the Boronda Manor Apartments on Santa Rita Street, where Vargas was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. According to reports, he was working on his car when he was shot. Despite the efforts of first responders, Vargas was pronounced dead at the scene.
