Anthony Ronald Palomares, a 23-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2016, in Santa Fe Springs, California. The incident occurred near the intersection of Telegraph Road and Bartley Avenue, close to Friendship Park. On the evening of April 5, around 6:30 p.m., Whittier police received reports of gunshots in the area.
