Juan Carlos Quinones, a 28-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 13, 2016, in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 2100 block of East 105th Street.
