Ricky Donale Mitchell Jr., an 18-year-old from Palmdale, California, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2016. The incident occurred during a birthday party in the 38000 block of 50th Street East in Palmdale. According to reports, an argument broke out between Mitchell and another partygoer.
