Jonathan Matias "JD" De Guzman, a dedicated officer with the San Diego Police Department, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2016, in San Diego, California. Officer De Guzman, who was 43 years old at the time of his death, had served with the department for 16 years and was assigned to the Gang Suppression Unit.
