Abdirisaq Ahmed, a 35-year-old Somali man, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2022, in San Diego, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:30 a.m., in the Chollas Creek area of City Heights. Ahmed, who was homeless at the time, was found on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical aid provided by responding officers and paramedics, Ahmed succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
