Ronald Wayne Davis, a 24-year-old police officer with the San Diego Police Department, tragically lost his life on September 17, 1991. Officer Davis was responding to a domestic violence call at the Meadowbrook Apartments in Southeast San Diego when the incident occurred. Upon arriving at the scene, Officer Davis and his partner identified a suspect fitting the description provided in the domestic violence report.
