Bryan Charles Forster, a 35-year-old Latino, was tragically shot to death on July 15, 2016, in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., in the 700 block of South Catalina Street.
