Raul George Ceja Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2016. Raul, affectionately known as 'Jr' or 'Pelon' by his family, was shot near the 900 block of South Mott Street in Boyle Heights.
