Armando Amaya Jr., a 21-year-old resident of San Pedro, California, was tragically killed on September 5, 2016, in Long Beach. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Amaya was found unresponsive with gunshot wounds in the 300 block of Hanjin Road. The Long Beach police responded to a call and discovered Amaya lying in the street, where he was pronounced dead at 10:10 a.m. The investigation revealed that Amaya had been shot in the face, leading to his immediate death.
