Miguel Lozano Rojas, a 38-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2016. The incident occurred in Capitol Park, located in the 2500 block of Bambi Lane near Peter Pan Avenue. On that evening, at approximately 6:30 PM, San Jose Police responded to a call and found Rojas along with another man who had also been shot. While the second victim was transported to a hospital and survived, Rojas succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
