Jason George Teter, a 21-year-old resident of Baldwin Park, California, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2016. According to reports, Teter was walking with a friend on Clark Street when a white SUV approached them. The vehicle's occupants opened fire, striking Teter in the torso.
