Andrew Moreno, a 21-year-old homeless man, was tragically shot and killed on November 22, 2016, in Compton, California. His body, along with those of two other men, was discovered in a small utility room at Raymond Street Park. The Los Angeles County coroner's office identified the other victims as Juan Lara, 22, of Compton, and an unidentified third man.
