Julio Cesar Ramirez Valencia, a 41-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on November 25, 2016, in Compton, California. The incident occurred on McKinley Avenue, north of 135th Street. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Ramirez Valencia was driving north on Stanford Avenue around 4:35 p.m. when he encountered two men walking in the street.
