Alan Lee Allen, a 65-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on September 30, 2019, leaving the Duval County Jail around 6:30 p.m. He was wearing a dark blue or black sleeveless zip-up sweatshirt with a neon yellow or green zipper, dark sweatpants, and house slippers.
