Alan Lee Allen, a 65-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on September 30, 2019, leaving the Duval County Jail around 6:30 p.m. He was wearing a dark blue or black sleeveless zip-up sweatshirt with a neon yellow or green zipper, dark sweatpants, and house slippers. Alan, who suffers from dementia, was carrying a brown paper bag at the time. Despite his condition, Allen had no history of wandering away before this incident.
